Wind table

This is a piece with a strong symbolism behind it, inspired by the work "Comvisão. Figura Só", by Tarsila do Amaral (1930). A strong wind hits a solitary female figure in a melancholic nocturnal landscape. The year 1930 marks a turning point in the artist's life: not only does her family go through a severe financial crisis, but Oswald de Andrade leaves her for another woman.

Our tribute here was to work with rounded shapes that allude to the work and bring movement. Regarding the colors in the composition, the choice was to bring soft tones, present in every detail, uniting a playful soul with fluid and organic lines.

Measurements: 40.0 cm wide. x 40 cm deep. x 50 cm high.
