Exchanges and Returns Policy
We do not exchange a product: all parts are produced to order, as indicated, and made especially for you!
If you intend to return the product, you have up to 07 calendar days* after receipt to inform us. Within that period, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase;
The return shipping is on us;
The product must be sent in its original packaging, with no signs of use.
* As defined in Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code.

You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product or the appearance of the defect to inform us;
The return shipping is on us;
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use, invoice and labels.
The product will be analyzed and within 15 days you will receive a solution;
If the defect is found, you have two options:
receive a new part with return shipping – or – get your money back, including shipping.
